What we do

We act on behalf of landowners with regard to all legal aspects of the land and planning process, which they encounter in achieving consent to develop. Our team also includes specialists in tax and estate planning.

In particular, we deal with a range of option agreements, promotion agreements, joint venture agreements and other contractural arrangements. We also advise clients on planning, highways and infrastructure  agreements, compulsory purchase and the running of planning appeals.

Our experience of the sector allows us to help our clients find appropriate and innovative solutions to the problems they face and to work effectively both with relevant stakeholders and their commercial partners.
